Bovey Tracey is an attractive and popular town serving as a gateway to Dartmoor. The town itself benefits from a variety of older character properties consistent with the age and charm of the area, local shops, a co-operative, a doctors surgery and popular Primary School. The area is well known for its far-reaching views, striking granite tors, woodland walks, bridleways and cycle routes throughout the countryside. The cathedral city of Exeter is 14 miles away via the A38 with a more extensive range of retail, business and schooling opportunities. The A38 is easily accessible providing a link to the M5 motorway at Exeter. Mainline railway stations on both the Paddington and Waterloo lines are also found in Exeter as well as an international airport with flights to various international destinations.
Several shallow steps with handrails either side lead to the uPVC glazed front door with further windows, allow for natural light to flood the entrance hallway which is very spacious. The kitchen is of a modern design with white wall and base units with a black rolled edge work surface over incorporating a stainless-steel sink with drainer which resides below a window. There is an integrated oven and hob with cooker hood over along with a built-in fridge freezer. There is a back door leading to the garage and one of the driveways - ideal for bringing in the food shopping! From the kitchen, there is a door into the dining room which offers space for a dining table and chairs with doors opening onto a raised area - perfect for a sun chair or two. From the dining room there is an open archway into the living room, which runs the entire width of the park home, creating a lovely sized room offering lots of seating space. There is a modern feature fireplace with electric fire creating a nice focal point to the room in addition to the three windows offering a dual aspect. From the hallway, there is access to the two double bedrooms along with the main bathroom.
The main bathroom consists of a modern suite comprising a bath, WC and wash hand basin along with a frosted window for natural light and ventilation as well as an extractor fan. Both bedrooms are fitted with bedroom furniture which have been well designed offering a matching modern appearance and a lot of storage space. The master bedroom is accompanied by an en-suite shower room comprising a WC, wash hand basin and walk-in shower cubicle and again with a window and extractor fan.
The plot is level and benefits from paving which wraps around the outside of the park home along with a paved patio area, perfect for pot plants and a table and chairs to enjoy an afternoon tea.
