Exeter St Davids Station has a mainline railway station with direct links to London Paddington. There is also an international airport in Exeter. The A38 (Devon Expressway) which by-passes the site provides good access to Plymouth, Exeter and the M5 motorway network. The A380 connects Torbay.

From the Exeter outskirts on the M5 Southbound: Head south-west on M5. Continue onto Devon Express way/A38 signposted to Plymouth. Exit the A38 at the top of Haldon Hill towards Exeter Racecourse. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Continue under the A38 flyover, turn Left then turn right towards Route 5 restaurant, go past the restaurant and immediately turn right onto Harker Lane. Haldon Lodge Park will be a short way up on your left-hand side.
