Accommodation

The front door opens into the spacious living/dining room. This room in turn extends into the kitchen creating an impressive open-plan living space spanning almost 10 meters! The window next to the front door enjoys a most pleasant outlook onto the established wild garden in the heart of the development. The kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units with an integrated Bosch gas hob with electric oven below and cooker hood over. The work surfaces have up-stands matching the worktop and a single drainer sink unit sits below a window which overlooks the rear garden and the woodland beyond. Also on the ground floor is a study/hobby room which also benefits from views to the rear and a handy storage cupboard. Next to the staircase there is a door to the downstairs cloakroom which has a close coupled WC and a pedestal wash basin.

Accommodation Cont.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find a large light and airy landing leading to all three bedrooms and the family bathroom. All three bedrooms are a very good size, bedrooms one and two being large doubles and bedroom three a small double. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and far reaching views to the rear. Bedroom two enjoys the same wonderful views as bedroom one, bedroom three overlooks the very well-established wild garden (completed by Benedict Bull of Smart Landscapes)
