The decor is neutral and light with a large window to the front aspect, offering ample light to flood the room. Creating a wonderful focal point and feature is the gas fireplace, fitted with a granite hearth and surround. The heart of the home must be this fabulous, family orientated Kitchen/Dining room with archway through to the snug/formal dining room then into the conservatory - a great layout that flows well! The kitchen itself consists of a range of wall and base units fitted with a rolled edge work surfaces over, a 4-burner gas hob with an integrated electric oven below and extractor hood over, tiled splash backs, space and plumbing for a dishwasher and a 1 and a half bowl sink with drainer and mixer tap, conveniently located beneath the rear window making the washing up less of a chore!

The laminate floor continues into the conservatory which has also been fitted with central heating allowing the extra space to be used all year round even in the colder months.
