Offering a wide selection of recreational opportunities such as walking, cycling, riding and fishing on the River Dart. Many of the region's finest beaches are within easy driving distance. The well regarded Chudleigh Primary School is located in the town along with regular bus services. For secondary schools you have the popular Teign School in Kingsteignton. Chudleigh offers a wealth of local amenities including shops, a cricket field, a swimming pool, football pitches, allotments, parks, two doctors surgeries, a dentist and a library. For larger shops, there are supermarkets in Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot and Exeter. The market town of Newton Abbot has a mainline railway station with direct links to London Paddington, along with Exeter St Davids Station. There is also an international airport in Exeter. The A38 (Devon Expressway) which by-passes the town provides good access to Plymouth, Exeter and the M5 motorway network. The A380 connects Torbay.

You enter the property into a wide and spacious entrance hall with a useful downstairs WC/coat room and under stairs storage cupboard. The kitchen/breakfast room has been beautifully fitted with a range of modern wall and base units with tiled splash-backs, ceramic tiled flooring, under counter lighting and granite effect work surfaces incorporating a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink and drainer. There is an integrated dishwasher, stainless steel electric oven, gas hob with extractor hood over. Space for a fridge/freezer and breakfast table. Window to the front aspect. The living/dining room is the heart of the home, a real family room! The L shape design of the room allows for an additional dining area which could also be used as a study or children's play area. A wood burner with a wooden mantel set over creates a wonderful focal point and adds to the ambience of this room along with a decorative wooden beam overhead. French doors lead directly to the garden which is a real treat for those summer months. From the dining area, a further door leads back into the hall. An attractive natural wood staircase leads to the first-floor landing with a window enjoying fabulous countryside views! The Master bedroom is a good size double room which boasts far-reaching views across Chudleigh rooftops towards the moors and surrounding countryside. Accompanying the bedroom is a fully tiled en-suite consisting of a shower cubicle with shower, WC, ladder-style heated towel rail and a wash hand basin. Bedroom two is a further double room with a window to the front aspect. Bedroom three is a large single room which enjoys similar views to those of the master bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, frosted window and a three-piece suite comprising bath with shower over, WC, ladder-style heated towel rail and a wash hand basin.

The rear garden is well enclosed and suitable for both pets and children. It is mainly laid to lawn with raised borders and a patio outside the double doors from the living/dining room, a great spot for a BBQ, table and chairs! There is ample room for a garden shed. To the side of the house there is a further strip of garden laid to stone chippings which provides access to the parking, which leads back round to the front of the house. There is also a covered log store/bin tidy.
