Highcroft Park is a private development located on the edge of Chudleigh, surrounded by the Devon countryside. Chudleigh is a small town between Exeter and Newton Abbot, close to the edge of Dartmoor National Park and set in the popular Teign Valley. Dartmoor National Park is best known for it's striking granite tors, steep wooded river valleys and heather covered moorland. Offering a wide selection of recreational opportunities such as walking, cycling, riding and fishing on the River Dart. Many of the region's finest beaches are within easy driving distance. The well regarded Chudleigh Primary School is located in the town along with regular bus services to Newton Abbot and Exeter. For secondary schools you have the popular Teign School in Kingsteignton. Chudleigh offers a wealth of local amenities including shops, a cricket field, a swimming pool, football pitches, allotments, parks, a doctors surgery, a dentist and a library. For larger shops there are supermarkets in Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot and Exeter. The market town of Newton Abbot has a mainline railway station with direct links to London Paddington/Waterloo, along with Exeter St Davids Station. There is also an international airport in Exeter. The A38 (Devon Expressway) which by-passes the town provides good access to Plymouth, Exeter and the M5 Motorway network. The A380 connects Torbay.

The ground floor accommodation is L shape and mostly open plan with kitchen and dining room to one end and the living room to the other. The kitchen has a good range of wall and base units with an integrated Bosch gas hob with electric oven below and cooker hood over as well as an integrated fridge/freezer. The kitchen enjoys superb views onto the wild garden in the heart of the development. The living room is a large room which benefits from French doors opening out to the rear garden which overlooks an established wooded area. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room which could be used as a study, utility room or boot room if desired. There is also a downstairs WC. Moving up to the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (master en-suite shower room). The family bathroom is fitted with a white 3 piece suite comprising wash hand basin, WC and bath with shower attachment over.

There is a fenced rear garden currently laid to lawn with a gate to the side leading to the parking and providing rear access to the house. The garden is roughly South facing and looks out towards trees and the odd squirrel running across the fences!

From the M5 Exeter head South, where the M5 ends keep right up Halden Hill and follow the A38 towards Plymouth, at the bottom of the hill continue on the A38 past Chudleigh, then take the turning to Chudleigh signed B3344. Continue straight through the town passing Autograph Estate Agents and the Spar shop on the right hand side and take the next left by the memorial towards Old Exeter Street, pass the first turning for the Co-Operative and it is the next left onto Woodway Street. Follow the road straight passing over the A38 and the development is a short way along on the right hand side.
