Highcroft Park is a private development located on the edge of Chudleigh, surrounded by the Devon countryside. Chudleigh is a small town between Exeter and Newton Abbot, close to the edge of Dartmoor National Park and set in the popular Teign Valley. Dartmoor National Park is best known for it's striking granite tors, steep wooded river valleys and heather covered moorland. Offering a wide selection of recreational opportunities such as walking, cycling, riding and fishing on the River Dart. Many of the region's finest beaches are within easy driving distance. The well regarded Chudleigh Primary School is located in the town along with regular bus services to Newton Abbot and Exeter. For secondary schools you have the popular Teign School in Kingsteignton. Chudleigh offers a wealth of local amenities including shops, a cricket field, a swimming pool, football pitches, allotments, parks, a doctors surgery, a dentist and a library. For larger shops there are supermarkets in Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot and Exeter. The market town of Newton Abbot has a mainline railway station with direct links to London Paddington/Waterloo, along with Exeter St Davids Station. There is also an international airport in Exeter. The A38 (Devon Expressway) which by-passes the town provides good access to Plymouth, Exeter and the M5 Motorway network. And the A380 connects Torbay.
The property is entered by a large, light entrance hall featuring two velux windows, ensuring the space is beautifully light and airy. The master bedroom leads off from here and is peaceful and spacious with plenty of space for wardrobes and other bedroom furniture. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a fully tiled family bathroom which is fitted with a white 3 piece suite with a bath and shower over with plenty of space for cupboards or shelving to store towels and toiletries. The lounge is open plan with a fitted kitchen at one end, with gloss white units, white quartz effect worktops, Bosch built under oven and gas hob and integrated fridge and slimline dishwasher. French doors with further windows look out onto the rear garden from the living area. This room has space for a table and chairs, making it a very sociable room. Moving up to the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, one overlooks the garden and woods beyond, the other is fitted with skylights, making it light and airy. The shower room is fitted with a white suite comprising shower cubicle with shower, wash hand basin and WC. Internal viewing highly recommended to appreciate how much is on offer!
