“Extremely professional but very friendly and makes you feel at ease, some estate agents are a bit pompous unless you are looking for a grand estate to buy but Joely treated us as though she had known us for years, even came out on a Sunday afternoon to accommodate us, nothing is too much trouble and now we are in the process of buying a property they had on their books. If Joely or John are not in the office when I have rung they are very prompt ringing or emailing us back, that means a lot as you all know house buying can be very stressful but it’s nice to know help is on hand. Selling or buying I would certainly recommend them!”
